When you use our forms, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, message, phone number, professional role, expertise, location, referral source, and information relevant to membership requests, engagement applications, and inquiries. Our website uses session cookies necessary for the site to function. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics at this time.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your message, evaluate membership requests and engagement applications, and administer our consultant network and client relationships. We do not sell personal information or use it for automated decision-making.

Where it goes

Submissions are stored in Odoo and may generate an email to our team. If payments are processed, they are handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy; we do not store full payment card numbers. Our website is hosted by our hosting provider, and information may be stored on servers located outside Québec.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for these purposes or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, receive it in a structured and commonly used technological format where applicable, ask that it be corrected or de-indexed, or withdraw consent to its use, subject to legal requirements.
